Built by Entrepreneurs, for Entrepreneurs
East Vale Holdings was established in 2017 by two experienced entrepreneurs in the real estate sector who identified a gap in the market for a modern, purpose-driven bank tailored to the needs of property professionals and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Motivated by a commitment to improve the lending experience, they set out to build a bank that combines the agility of technology with a deep understanding of the commercial real estate landscape. Their vision was to provide faster, more flexible, and relationship-led financial solutions to clients often underserved by traditional banks.
Headquartered in Kampala, East Vale Holdings focuses on secured property lending between $100,000 and $5 million, alongside fixed-term savings products for individuals and businesses. Our digital-first approach enables us to deliver swift decisions and tailored support, while maintaining a strong emphasis on transparency, trust, and sustainability.
